These glasses have a special tint that reduces glare and the intensity of the light produced by an average computer monitor. They also feature a special UV coating that blocks UV rays produced by monitors and fluorescent lighting.
With a slight correction (+0.75), similar to reading glasses, that helps the eyes to easily focus on the computer screen without undue strain, these glasses are designed for people who don't need vision correction or who wear contact lenses to correct their vision.
Customer Product Ratings for Select Designer Computer Glasses
My vision is corrected with my contacts but I needed a slight correction for the computer at work. My doctor suggested buying something over the counter but I found these online and they work great.

these are pretty cool - I use them for any small print material as well as on the computer. I show them to all of my coworkers and they're all amazed at how much better they see with them - even though we all have 20/20 vision. Good for keeping on while doing desk work in general. My eye doctor said that any little bit of help is good to reduce the amount of work the eyes have to do

I have 20/20 vision and started a new corporate job with flouresent lights and an old computer screen. I went home every day with eyestraing migraines and went straight to bed. Tylonol was the only thing working to take the pain away until I bought these. They work great!! Thank you so much!
