AC Lens Named to Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide for the Fourth Consecutive Year

Columbus, OH, May 15 – ACLens.com, has been named to the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide for the fourth consecutive year. Annually, Internet Retailer Magazine ranks the largest online retail properties by total sales.
“As an online retailer of contact lenses and related items, AC Lens grew its annual web sales by 31% to $26.3 million in 2008,” says Internet Retailer editor-in-chief Kurt Peters. “They’ve worked hard to improve their e-commerce site with a site re-design, and added features such as additional payment methods, and the effort has paid dividends as evident by their ranking of No. 306 in the new Top 500 Guide.”
AC Lens was listed 16th in the health and beauty category and saw an overall increase from 321 in 2007 to 306 in 2008. ACLens.com had a total sales increase of 31% in 2008 with an increase of 21% in repeat customer orders.
