• Designer Sunglasses, Prescription Eyeglasses, Safety Glasses and Reading Glasses receive FREE Shipping on every order.
• Eye Care accessories like contact lens solution, eye drops, prescription swimming goggles, and other optical items receive FREE Regular Ground Shipping on orders of $99 or more.

Not only can you receive FREE Regular Ground Shipping but most items ship from our warehouse within 48 hours, with an expected arrival date to addresses in the USA within 5-7 days. Prescription Eyeglasses may take from 7-14 days.

Shipping & Handling Charges

• AC Lens uses Federal Express and the United States Post Office depending on region and selected shipping method. If you would like to leave us notes regarding use of one particular carrier, you may do so in the Special Instructions field at checkout or give us a call at 1-888-248-5367.
• Shipping and handling charges include actual shipping costs, as well as order processing, labor and materials charges associated with handling an order.
• Lenses sold from stock ship within 24-48 hours.
• Delivery Days are estimated according to the carrier's stated average delivery time and indicate the number of business days from the day your order is shipped.
• We will advise you before processing your order if delays are likely due to manufacturer back-orders, etc.

Need your items faster? Try our low cost expedited shipping and you can get your products as soon as one day after your purchase.

• FedEx Expedited: $11.95.
• Delivered in 3-5 business days (depending on the prescription verification process).
• Overnight and 2nd Day Service

E-mail response times are less than 24 hours. Some items may not be available for overnight and 2nd day shipping due to specialized prescription parameters.
• Some items including prescription eyeglasses are not eligible for expedited shipping.
• Expedited shipping is not currently available for orders going to:

International Shipping Notes

Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes (VAT)
Some governments (especially Europe and Asia) collect Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes (VAT) on contact lenses, glasses, and other optical items. Such duties and/or taxes are NOT included in the purchase price of your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such taxes as required by local statute at the point of delivery.

Package Loss and Fraud
AC Lens monitors package loss and credit card fraud rates for different countries and regions on an ongoing basis. On occasion, we find it necessary to require additional information prior to shipping an order and in some cases, may decline to ship an order altogether. AC Lens reserves the right to decline to ship any order to any country or region at its sole discretion.
