Shipping & Handling Charges
- AC Lens uses Federal Express and the United States Post Office depending on region and selected shipping method.
If you would like to leave us notes regarding use of one particular carrier, you may do so in the
Special Instructions field at checkout or give us a call at 1-888-248-5367.
- Shipping and handling charges include actual shipping costs, as well as order processing, labor,
and materials charges associated with handling an order.
- Lenses sold from stock ship within 24-48 hours.
- Delivery Days are estimated according to the carrier's stated average delivery time and
indicate the number of business days from the day your order is shipped.
- We will advise you before processing your order if delays are likely due to manufacturer back-orders, etc.

Orders are shipped within the U.S.A. through the following methods:
Regular Ground
- USPS First Class Mail - $6.95
- Delivered in 5 to 7 days
Note: We offer free regular shipping on all US orders over $99 via USPS First Class Mail.
Expedited
- FedEx Expedited - $11.95
- Delivered in 3 to 5 days
Note: Overnight and 2nd Day Air service is available on stock lenses.

Note: We can ship FedEx Billed to your account number.
- In the Special Instructions field at checkout, please add "Bill to My FedEx Account Number: [####]" with your FedEx Account Number referenced.
Note: Expedited shipping is not available for the following:
- Orders outside the Continental U.S. (i.e. Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO's

International Shipping Notes
Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes (VAT)
Some governments (especially Europe and Asia) collect Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes (VAT) on contact lenses and other optical items.
Such duties and/or taxes are NOT included in the purchase price of your order. It is your responsibility to pay any such taxes
as required by local statute at the point of delivery.
Package Loss and Fraud
AC Lens monitors package loss and credit card fraud rates for different countries and regions on an ongoing basis.
On occasion, we find it necessary to require additional information prior to filling an order and/or decline to fill an order.
The company reserves the right to decline to fill any order to any country or region at its sole discretion.

that you receive your lenses within the specified delivery timeline. However, we cannot account for some manufacturer backorders that may delay delivery further. |
