ACLens.com Affiliate Program Terms of Service
By applying to the AC Lens affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms:
Website Responsibility
AC Lens will not be held liable for any matter concerning your website including but not limited to development, hosting, maintenance, and content.
Commissionable Orders
AC Lens will not pay commissions on fraudulent, cancelled, or returned orders within 30 days of product purchase. ACLens.com holds the right to terminate any publisher who sends over a substantial number of fraudulent orders.
Software
Publisher's may not use software such as toolbars, reminder services, etc unless specifically approved by ACLens.com. All publishers using such software must contact AC Lens prior to applying to the program. Publisher's who violate this term agree to forfeit all commissions due and immediate removal from the program.
Pay Per Click Advertising
All publisher's agree to abide by the ACLens.com pay per click rules set forth here: http://www.aclens.com/ppc_rules.asp
Coupons
Publisher's agree to use only the coupons provided in the ACLens.com monthly newsletter or provided directly from the AC Lens Affiliate Manager. Custom coupons provided by AC Lens are intended for use by the individual publisher. Misuse of custom coupon codes (including the use of another publishers custom code) may be subject to removal from the ACLens.com affiliate program. Offenders can be reported to affiliates@aclens.com
Communication
All publisher's are required to abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Any publisher caught "spamming" via email, messenger, forum, or via other online communication agree to forfeit all payable commissions and immediate removal from the program. Offenders can be reported to affiliates@aclens.com
Forbidden Activities
- Use of software as set forth in this agreement.
- Cookie overwriting
- Intercept or re-directing traffic from, or divert commissions from, any web site that participates in the program. Forced clicks and forced cookies are not permitted; a customer must take an affirmative action (by clicking on your link) for you to earn commission on a transaction. Affiliates may not use AC Lens related domain names including typos, misspellings, or variations thereof.
General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Ohio. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Columbus, Ohio, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. Failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this agreement. This agreement supercedes but does not replace the agreement set forth at your respective affiliate network (ShareASale Terms of Use; Commission Junction TOS).
