Johnson & Johnson VisionCare Inc. Defective Lens Instructions

Follow the steps listed below to begin the defective lens replacement or refund process:

1. Please contact the manufacturer of your lenses, Johnson & Johnson Customer Relations, at 1-800-843-2020 (Mon-Fri, 10AM- 5PM EST).
2. Explain the defect to Johnson & Johnson VisionCare, Inc.
3. Johnson & Johnson VisionCare, Inc. will provide you a reference number acknowledging your complaint and will transfer you back to our call center. We will then process your replacement or refund for the number of defective lenses you received.
4. If a defective product return is required, Johnson & Johnson VisionCare, Inc. will send you a prepaid postage return label to retrieve the lenses for evaluation. All defective returns are sent directly to Johnson and Johnson VisionCare, Inc.

Once we obtain the reference number provided to you by Johnson and Johnson VisionCare, Inc., we will process your replacement or refund accordingly.

Bausch + Lomb, the manufacturer of your lenses, will assist you directly with any defective lens issues. Please contact Bausch + Lomb Consumer Affairs Division at 1-800-553-5340, Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM EST.
